Job Title: Data and Planning Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Planning Officer to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our planning obligation database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and reconcile historic planning agreements and finance reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify and report cases where monies may need to be repaid and support the repayment process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve reconciliation and repayment outcomes.
  • Support the production of the Annual Infrastructure Funding Statement and the Local Development Guide.
  • Maintain a collaborative and positive working relationship with colleagues across multiple teams.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context, ideally within a public sector organisation.
  • Understanding of relevant Planning Legislation.
  • Experience of S106 Legal Agreements and collaboration between departments.
