We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our small but friendly team at Treatment 4 Water Ltd.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Operations Manager and Business Account Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders from placement to dispatch
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
  • Monthly stock take of warehouse inventory
  • Liaising with customers on order queries
  • General administration duties

To be considered for this role, you will have a strong background in administration, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with CRM/Sales systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a part-time role, working 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a start time no later than 9am.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

Benefits include 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata).
