About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at CDH Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the design and production of all marketing and promotional materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Production: Assist with the design and production of all marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to design and prepare promotional materials as required, and collaborate with the water treatment department to ensure labels and other relevant materials are designed and printed correctly.
  • Content Creation: Assist with the design and production of product instructions, promotional leaflets, and point-of-sale posters for external customers, as well as stationery and forms for internal use.
  • Photography and Video Production: Take product photographs for promotional use, both in-house and at customer sites, and create video footage using Adobe After Effects.
  • Labeling and Signage: Assist with the production of labels on the in-house labeling machine and produce in-house or externally sourced signage for use at company premises.
  • Trade Show and Exhibition Support: Assist with the preparation of promotional material for trade shows and exhibitions, and ensure that all essential materials are prepared prior to absence from the design studio.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience with the Apple Mac and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Ability to create engaging social media content.
  • Photography and Video Editing: Proficiency in photography and video editing.
  • Brand Development and Storytelling: Ability to develop and tell compelling brand stories.
  • Content Strategy: Understanding of content strategy and its application in marketing.
  • Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license for visiting sites to take product photographs.
Working Hours and Benefits
  • Working Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm on Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
  • Hours per Week: 36.5 hours per week.
  • Benefits: 28 days holiday rising to 34 days over the next 5 years, auto-enrolment pension scheme, and Westfield Health Cashback Health Scheme.
