Job Summary:
The St Leonards Academy is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide specialist support for students identified as needing behaviour support and have Additional Educational Needs, as well as in-class support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist support for students with Additional Educational Needs
- Support teachers in the classroom
- Occasionally supervise classes
- Run fun and educational activities with students
Requirements:
- Patient and able to encourage children to lead their own learning
- Ability to run fun and educational activities with children
