Casual Site Services Assistant

Job Overview
This role offers a maximum of 18.5 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday (specific hours to be determined during the interview process).
Starting Salary: £11,575 per annum (calculated on a pro-rata basis).
We are looking for a versatile and part-time Facilities Support Assistant to join our team, ensuring that our school premises are maintained in a clean, secure, and safe condition for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the overall upkeep, maintenance, and servicing of academy buildings and grounds.
- Adhering to current health and safety regulations.
- Delivering a customer-focused and positive service experience.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, safe, hygienic, and secure environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning, including DIY, painting, decorating, and general garden upkeep.
- Experience in maintaining health and safety standards in a workplace setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A full clean driving license and access to personal transportation.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
