Customer Experience Lead

As an Assistant Hotel Manager at Travelodge, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the hotel teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve creating personal development plans for team members, recruiting and inducting new staff, and ensuring that food and beverage standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate hotel teams to deliver outstanding customer service
- Create personal development plans for team members to support their career growth
- Recruit and induct new staff to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for customers
- Ensure food and beverage standards are met, including presentation and quality
- Maximize food and beverage sales through cross-selling and upselling
- Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans
- Oversee the cleaning of rooms and public areas to ensure company best practice is followed
- Report and oversee any repairs or maintenance needed
