Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate hotel teams to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Create personal development plans for team members to support their career growth
  • Recruit and induct new staff to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for customers
  • Ensure food and beverage standards are met, including presentation and quality
  • Maximize food and beverage sales through cross-selling and upselling
  • Review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans
  • Oversee the cleaning of rooms and public areas to ensure company best practice is followed
  • Report and oversee any repairs or maintenance needed
