About the Automotive Maintenance Expert:

The Automotive Maintenance Expert at RAF Lakenheath is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy mobile equipment and vehicles. This role requires excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of heavy mobile equipment and vehicles
  • Troubleshooting malfunctions and determining necessary repairs
  • Using diagnostic tools to identify issues and order parts for repairs
  • Completing documentation and providing training and assistance to others
  • FOLLOWING safety practices and procedures

About You:

You will need an NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or similar, as well as a valid Category B driver's license. As an Automotive Maintenance Expert at RAF Lakenheath, you will be working in a dynamic team environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
