Salary:
Competitive remuneration of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on experience.We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager to lead our Thanet operation of over 170 colleagues. The successful candidate will be passionate about people and have excellent leadership capabilities within a changing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to build excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as being a confident self-starter able to motivate others.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring our services are reliable and punctual with customer-focussed drivers ready and able to meet customers' expectations.
Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, developing and engaging your colleagues, developing a close and constructive partnership with the engineering and commercial departments, and responding quickly to any problems that may arise.
You will also be responsible for ensuring you have the right people in the right place at the right time, developing your team to ensure competency and great behaviours in order to deliver high standards of service.
