Job Overview

The Casino Manager role at The Rank Group is a leadership position that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving gaming excellence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of multi-skilled employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across gaming, leisure, and food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong team of employees to deliver the Grosvenor brand experience.
  • Deliver an excellent product and customer experience while upholding safer gambling principles.
  • Drive casino performance through a balanced scorecard of targets.
  • Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • PML license holder and skilled in all areas of casino gaming.
  • Experience of managing a team within a service-driven environment.
  • Excellent leader, communicator, and collaborator.
