Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Thanet operation, responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and effective transport service to the Thanet community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve high standards of service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service reliability and punctuality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the depot is well-staffed and equipped to meet customer expectations
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a transport or logistics environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of transport operations and customer service principles
