Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Thanet operation, overseeing a team of over 170 colleagues and delivering an exceptional service to our valued customers.
As a key member of our South East management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and punctuality of our services, working closely with the engineering and commercial departments to drive forward our success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver high standards of service
- Developing a close and constructive partnership with the engineering and commercial departments
- Responding quickly to any problems and making a direct and positive impact on our customers and business
- Ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, developing your team to ensure competency and great behaviours
We are looking for someone with good, proven leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others. If you are a confident self-starter and an excellent team player, we would love to hear from you.
