About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Thanet operation, overseeing a team of over 170 colleagues. As a key member of our South East management team, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and effective transport service to the Thanet community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure reliable and punctual services
  • Develop and engage your colleagues, and build close partnerships with engineering and commercial departments
  • Respond quickly to problems and make a positive impact on customers and the business
  • Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, developing your team to deliver high standards of service

Requirements

  • Proven leadership capabilities in a changing environment
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence and ability to motivate others
  • Excellent team player with the ability to support the wider South East management team
