Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Delivery Leader to join our team at Northrop Grumman UK. As a key member of the Control Systems Account, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management and key stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering defence projects. You will be able to deal with internal and external customers in a professional way, both in person, over the phone and by email.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private healthcare, career development opportunities and performance bonuses.
