Hospital 2.0 Programme Lead: Delivering Transformation at Scale
Estimated salary: £90,000 per year.
NHS England is seeking a Programme Management Leader to lead the Hospital 2.0 programme, responsible for driving and delivering the portfolio of work for transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management and leadership, as well as significant experience of managing and prioritising a large budget with solid knowledge of financial process requirements. Key responsibilities include monitoring and developing the Hospital 2.0 system, supporting ongoing development of the Hospital 2.0 System Illustration, optimising the Hospital 2.0 platform, identifying and sponsoring capability development necessary for the Hospital 2.0 platform, learning, adapting, and developing new Hospital 2.0 capabilities, and deputising for the Transformation Director. In addition, the Programme Management Leader will be responsible for problem-solving and driving the delivery of large-scale, complex projects and programmes, leveraging expert skills and experience in change/transformation, continuous improvement, and major programmes. A keen understanding of the NHS and other healthcare systems and delivering diverse programmes within the sector is an asset.
