We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Mentorship Programme in a school based in East London.
About the Programme:
The Mentorship Programme provides one-to-one support to learners who require additional help with emotional regulation and well-being.
We are looking for someone who can lead a team of mentors and develop effective strategies to improve emotional regulation and promote social-emotional learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mentors to deliver high-quality mentorship services.
- Develop and implement individualised plans for learners.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is between £32,000 and £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience leading teams and managing programmes.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
