About the Role

As a Mentorship Programme Lead, you will play a key role in supporting students with adverse behaviours in a variety of school settings. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, re-directing negative behaviours and promoting positive engagement.

The ideal candidate will have resilience, empathy, and the ability to set clear boundaries. They will also be flexible and adaptable, able to form effective working relationships quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized behaviour plans.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their social and emotional development.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
