About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers and Night Support Workers at Christian Head Residential Home, a safe and caring environment for up to 28 residents with complex healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical and emotional care to residents, including assistance with medication and personal care
  • Support residents to maintain independence and engage in activities that promote their wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • No experience or qualifications are required, as we provide fully paid training and development
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including alternate weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Enhanced DBS check with Adults Barred List check required
