About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers at Christian Head Residential Home in Kirkby Stephen. As a Support Worker, you will provide support and care to older adults, helping them to live their life how they choose and enjoy their later years.

You will have the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. This may include assisting with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging our residents to achieve or maintain independence.

About the Home

Christian Head provides a safe, caring, and home-from-home environment for up to 28 residents with complex health care needs. Our home is situated close to all facilities in the market town of Kirkby Stephen, offering respite and residential care for those who are elderly, frail, or have dementia.
