About the Role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers at Christian Head Residential Home in Kirkby Stephen. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, helping them to live their life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional care to residents, including assistance with medication and personal care.
  • Support residents to maintain independence and engage in activities that promote their wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.

About Our Home:

Christian Head Residential Home provides a safe and caring environment for up to 28 residents with complex healthcare needs. Our home is situated close to all facilities in the market town of Kirkby Stephen, offering respite and residential care for those who are elderly, frail, or have dementia.

Working Hours:

As a Support Worker, you will typically work shifts that cover between 7am and 10pm (days) or 9.30am (nights), over 7 days, 365 days a year. This will include alternate weekends and Bank Holidays.
