About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive customer service professional to join our team as an Estate Services Adviser. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will provide office-based support to our Area Managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to leaseholders and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with Area Managers, Estate Managers, and other estate-based staff to promote the services of the Customer Experience Team and provide support and solutions to day-to-day issues.
  • Manage diaries and mailboxes for Area Managers, organizing estate visits, budget meetings, and account meetings in accordance with required timescales.
  • Provide administrative support throughout our property sales process, working closely with the Estate Manager, Area Manager, Partner Estate Agents, Leaseholders, Executors, and property purchasers.
  • Deal effectively with all telephone enquiries, providing solutions or referring to relevant team members with an emphasis on monitoring and tracking to resolution.
  • Perform general typing, filing, photocopying, and other reasonable office duties as required.
Requirements

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual with a background in roles such as conveyancing, legal secretaries, and paralegals. You will be a real ambassador for our customers, solution-focused, and able to drive change through people and processes.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, 35 hours per week, and a positive, prompt, and accurate service to our leaseholders, Estates Services Team, remote staff, contractors, and each other.
