We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the sales and supply chain teams to optimize stock allocations and minimize out-of-stock situations
  • Monitor order flow to identify and resolve issues, develop alternative solutions, and prevent shipping discrepancies
  • Drive process efficiency and standardization across multiple countries
  • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to provide exceptional service to all stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enable the company to scale effectively
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights

Requirements

You will possess excellent communication skills in German and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of circa £28,000 - £32,000, a range of benefits, and the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
