CV Library is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a Document Controller. As a key member of our project support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and teams.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling project documentation and drawings, advising on numbering, naming convention, filing, and formatting of documents and drawings issued by the project teams. You will also be required to follow and improve document control procedures, evaluate site and office documentation to ensure conformity to company and client requirements and standards, and utilize PowerBI Dashboards to review non-compliance on projects.

We are looking for a professional with prior administrative experience who is proficient in Microsoft Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams. You should have effective communication skills (face-to-face and telephone) and be familiar with the BIM process. A full UK driving license is mandatory.
