Healthcare Operations Coordinator

This role requires an experienced administrator with excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the manager, supervising the administration team, and ensuring the smooth running of the office function.
About Our OrganisationHampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust unites services from Southern Health, Solent NHS Trust, Isle of Wight NHS Trust, and Hampshire CAMHS. We deliver seamless care across the region, ensuring patients receive the right support at the right time.
Main Duties- To lead on coordinating administrative support, building relationships with colleagues in the acute sector.
- To manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, allocating workload and reviewing performance.
- To maintain an overview of the administration function and workflow within the team.
- NVQ in Business & Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- English Language GCSE or equivalent.
- Maths GCSE or equivalent.
Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 per year.
