About the Role

We're looking for a talented Activities Program Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Lead, you'll be responsible for creating engaging activities programs that promote the wellbeing and social engagement of our residents. With a strong focus on community links and social media management, you'll work closely with our community engagement team to showcase our home's unique offerings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and people skills, with the ability to work closely with residents and their families to create tailored activity programs. A computer literate individual with experience in updating social media platforms is highly desirable. This rewarding role involves working weekends and bank holidays.
