Lead Activity Facilitator Job Description

The NHS is seeking a highly motivated Lead Activity Facilitator to join its team. As an integral part of the care home, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating environment that enables exceptional all-round care and support for residents.

Main Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
