The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, managing both the maintenance and customer service aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in similar roles such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. They will also need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently using their own initiative.

The annual salary for this position is £23,500, plus excellent benefits including 24 days holiday entitlement, a birthday off, life assurance, eye care reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our properties
  • Managing both maintenance and customer service aspects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will also need to have excellent administration skills, computer literacy, and previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications.

You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a love of people, and be able to work independently using your own initiative. You will also need to have good judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
