About the Programme

The Programme Development Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to support the development of smarter, more sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Working within our Strategic Planning and Analysis division, you will contribute to evaluating the impact of our road investments, programmes, and interventions, and develop frameworks to assess social value, customer experience, and active travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategic plans and policies.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of the effectiveness of our road investments and programmes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

You will have the flexibility to choose any National Highways office location as your base throughout the programme, with the ability to travel to other sites as needed.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £23,620 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our business objectives and contributing to the delivery of our strategic priorities.
