Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House: Greet visitors, manage sign-in documents, and maintain safety procedures.
  • Communication: Answer calls, direct visitors, and provide administrative support.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, order materials, and manage the postage machine.
  • Scheduling: Book appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Logistics: Order lunch for employees and visitors, and manage the office supplies stockroom.
  • Support: Assist with administrative projects, maintain badges, and provide other support activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours (8am-4pm, 7am-3pm, or 9am-5pm).
