About the Role

We are a well-established and successful organisation looking for a skilled Customer Service and Administration Expert to join our team in Camberley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, liaising with existing customers and account managers, ordering products, chasing deliveries, and maintaining kitchen supplies.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent customer service skills, both front-facing and over the phone. You will work closely with our onsite warehouse team to ensure seamless communication and efficient stock management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Liaise with customers and account managers to ensure smooth communication
  • Order products and chase deliveries to meet deadlines
  • Maintain kitchen supplies and ensure a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Assist with picking and packing orders as needed

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per year
