Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Expert to join our team at Siemens Healthineers in Camberley, Surrey. As a key member of our Customer Care Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers via phone and email, resolving queries and booking maintenance services. You will also work closely with our admin team to complete tasks and support ongoing projects.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be proficient in using various software systems and possess a basic understanding of customer service principles.
