About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at InHealth, providing exceptional patient care and support in our diagnostic imaging department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and has a strong understanding of healthcare procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients into the clinical area, coordinate their arrival, and prepare them for their MRI scan.
  • Escort patients to and from the clinical area as required, explain the procedure, and ensure any questions or concerns are managed professionally.
  • Complete patient data protection/consent forms and health and safety questionnaires (where applicable).
  • Monitor patients' conditions after the procedure and report any changes to relevant staff immediately.

  • Good understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team.
