Learning and Development Specialist

Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a public body organization based in Sheffield to find a skilled Learning and Development Advisor for a 10-month fixed-term position.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deliver, and review the induction process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to support the organization's learning and development strategy.
- Research and source external training providers using the managed learning framework to enhance the organization's training offerings.
- Develop and facilitate workshop materials to support the organization's learning and development goals.
- Deliver training sessions on soft skills to employees across the organization.
- Support the HR and Talent team with recruitment activities.
