Our client is a prominent public sector organisation with a workforce of over 2000 people, dedicated to making a difference in the community.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs based on the organisation's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  2. Conduct skills assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  3. Develop training materials and resources to support learning initiatives
  4. Monitor and evaluate the success of L&D initiatives
  5. Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation
  6. Manage relationships with external training providers
  7. Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and guidelines in all L&D activities
Requirements
  1. Experience in developing and implementing L&D initiatives
  2. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  3. Knowledge of public sector regulations and guidelines
  4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  5. Proficiency in using L&D software
What's on Offer
  1. A salary of £27,000
  2. 12 month fixed contract
