Job Description
As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will work as part of a team with experienced nurses to provide a high standard of specialized care to patients. This includes assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating all care needs.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients, their families, and other visitors to the ward/department, introduce them to the facilities and services provided, and answer the telephone on a clear, friendly, helpful, and professional manner. Assist with admitting, discharging, transferring, and escorting patients, clients, mothers, and babies in line with Trust policies. Contribute to the ongoing support of patients/clients and others significant to them, enabling patients/clients to maintain their interests, identity, and emotional well-being.

Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary: £24,500 - £30,700 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including access to a pension scheme, generous annual leave, and opportunities for career development.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a GCSE level education or equivalent. You will also need to be willing to undertake an apprenticeship. Ideally, you will have experience as a caregiver and be able to communicate clearly with a variety of people.

Working Arrangements
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
