Water Treatment Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of Maintenance contracts, delivering all aspects of contract management from setting up and monitoring PPM works, quoting and organisation of extra works, overseeing subcontractors and maintaining service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of Maintenance contracts
- Deliver all aspects of contract management
- Monitor PPM works and quote for extra works
- Oversee subcontractors and maintain service delivery
- Support the office with managing site schedules and raising jobs
- Maintain client relations through progress meetings and site visits
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and compliant with company H&S guidelines
- Assist the Operations Manager with staff and delegate work and responsibilities to the team
- Write and review RAMs
- Survey and estimate jobs, through to completion and raising quotes
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideal location within a commutable distance of Surrey
- A minimum of 4 years experience within Water Hygiene
- Closed system experience would be a distinct advantage
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS
