Account Manager Opportunity in Water Treatment Industry

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Guardian Water Treatment Ltd, covering the London area. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating strong working relationships with customers, understanding their sites, systems, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure compliance and profitability
  2. Prepare quotes and conduct regular client/contract review meetings and contract audits
  3. Manage contract renewals and identify referral, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
  4. Actively sell all product groups and service streams to new and existing customers
  5. Complete tenders and PQQ applications

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in Account Management
  2. Experience within water treatment/hygiene (essential)
  3. Proven sales skills demonstrating ability to deliver targets
  4. Experience of building strong relationships with customers
  5. Good presentation, planning, and organisational skills
  6. Full UK driving license
  7. Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity.
