About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop their commercial skills and knowledge of the investment industry. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their research needs.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnerships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research solutions that meet client expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their research requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, partnerships, and market analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure seamless delivery of research projects and exceptional client service.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong academic credentials, including a 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university.
- Relevant internship experience in business development or a related field.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in Spanish or other languages a plus.
We offer a competitive total first-year compensation package, ranging from £48,500-£57,500 (average to high performance), consisting of:
- An annual base salary of £41,500.
- Uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
