About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our care home staff, you will be responsible for assessing clients' care needs, providing health supervision, and delivering direct nursing care when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Care Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social and health care needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized care plans.
- Nursing Supervision: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Medicine Administration: Administer prescribed medications accurately, documenting administration as per company procedure and NMC guidelines.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with clients, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain up-to-date care plans, adhering to NMC guidelines and company policy.
