Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of the Clothing category strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  2. Manage sales, margin, cost, range, commercial terms, and competitiveness to drive category performance
  3. Negotiate with third-party suppliers to secure the best possible deals and improve commercial terms
  4. Leverage your expertise to develop and implement a best-in-class range offer, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing, availability, marketing, and content strategies that represent the category and brands effectively
  6. Develop and execute category plans to deliver required growth and customer experience standards
  7. Provide visibility into contract-specific product performance and stock holding
  8. Assist in sourcing, setting up, and managing bespoke/unlisted product requests

Requirements:

  1. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  2. Excellent communication and influencing skills
  3. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems

We offer a competitive base salary (£50,000 - £60,000) and an annual performance-related bonus.
