About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our team at 1st Executive Ltd. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing complex IT sourcing projects, negotiating contracts, and driving commercial value across various business-critical IT & Technology Procurement projects.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes and principles, commercial and legal constructs, and financial models. You will be expected to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage complex IT sourcing projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal cost savings
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the CIO and executive management team
  • Negotiate contracts that meet business needs while minimizing risk

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement and category management
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial value through effective procurement practices
  • Excellent influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to negotiate credibly with suppliers
  • Familiarity with operating in a regulatory environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
