Nurse - Community Pain Management Service

As an independent non-medical prescriber, you will work within the Community Pain Management service to provide person-centred care for patients with persistent pain. The role requires resilience and a compassionate approach to patient care, strong communication skills, and autonomy in managing a caseload of patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments with patients, producing jointly agreed Personalised Pain Management Plans.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to support patients in managing their pain and improving quality of life.

Requirements and Salary

This role requires resilience and a compassionate approach to patient care. Strong communication skills and autonomy in managing a caseload of patients are essential. The estimated salary range for this position is £40,000-£60,000 per annum.
