About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our team in Leeds. As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will provide high-quality care to patients with foot and ankle-related problems.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team that provides assessment and treatment services using diagnostic equipment and treatment packages.

Our service offers specialist services, including wound care, foot and ankle pain, foot protection for people with high-risk feet, and nail surgery. We promote health coaching and self-management to empower patients to manage their own foot needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to work independently across the city. You will use evidence-based practice to formulate individualized treatment plans and apply appropriate clinical reasoning to manage a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist podiatry services to patients with foot and ankle-related problems
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
  • Manage a varied caseload consisting of high-risk, diabetes, wound care, and biomechanics patients

Requirements:

  • MSc or equivalent qualification in Podiatry
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working in community-based healthcare settings
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

Salary: £42,058 - £58,533 per annum
