Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and activities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of call centre representatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure agents understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance standards, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
