Facilities Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
About the RoleThis position involves coordinating the day-to-day activities of our facilities team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating building maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Managing relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and health & safety regulations.
