About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Account Director to join our Client Leadership team at RocketMill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive client growth and engagement
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the latest and most effective digital marketing solutions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in digital account management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
