About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Account Director to join our Client Leadership team at RocketMill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing the integration of our service lines under our planning framework, Total Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and maintain a portfolio of high-value client accounts
  • Guarantee the standard of our delivery to clients through effective project management and communication
  • Identify opportunities for deeper engagement with clients and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Align the agency scope with client business objectives and develop integrated marketing plans
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure client health and success
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and cohesion across the role
  • Develop and implement account action plans to drive growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Previous agency experience with a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts
  • A well-rounded digital marketing skillset with a thorough understanding of all channels, including paid media and SEO
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and develop integrated marketing plans that drive growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and measure key performance indicators
