About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Solutions Specialist to join our team at Axiom. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including generating and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any billing issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our billing processes and procedures, and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our billing processes.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of billing and collections processes, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a billing or collections role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex billing issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of electronic billing applications and software.
