Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Solutions Analyst to join our team at Axiom. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of billing procedures, fee arrangements, and client preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing and collections processes
  • Utilize firm-standard software to identify and prioritize accounts for follow-up and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with payment applications, short pays, and other invoice-related issues

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a billing-focused position, with a strong understanding of legal billing a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to assess procedures and proactively recommend improvements to existing processes
  • Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience supporting client-facing team members a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of electronic billing applications
Compensation

Axiom offers a competitive annual base salary range of £27,750 - £30,000, with eligibility to participate in our cash bonus plan. The final compensation will be determined by several considerations, including your experience and expertise, your ability to immediately contribute to Axiom, and other business considerations.
