Revenue Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Solutions Associate to join our team at Axiom. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing an account portfolio of approximately 140+ monthly invoices, acting as an escalation point for stakeholders, and assisting the team in achieving DSO reduction targets.
Responsibilities- Manage an account portfolio of approximately 140+ monthly invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Act as an escalation point for stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist the team in achieving DSO reduction targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
- Work closely with internal time approvers to generate monthly client invoices and monitor delays effectively.
- Ensure adequate follow-up to guarantee timely payments from clients.
- Prepare weekly reports on billing pod performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve client disputes within 45 days, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver invoices via email and e-billing platforms, ensuring seamless communication with clients.

You will also have experience supporting client-facing team members, a strong understanding of billing and e-billing systems, and the ability to work in a team environment. Requirements- 3+ years of billing/e-billing experience, with a strong understanding of law firm operations a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to assess procedures and recommend improvements, with a focus on process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting client-facing team members, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and continuous learning.
Axiom offers a competitive annual base salary range of £31,500 - £34,250, with the opportunity to participate in our cash bonus plan.
