We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception & Office Administrator to join our team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Cambridge office.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage the virtual telephone switchboard, and monitor messages via the Facilities team inbox.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is safe, tidy, and professional, including managing the kitchen to a high standard.
- Visitor Management: Book visitors onto the appropriate security system(s) for all our UK offices.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with service providers and suppliers, as well as liaise with the building's management team.
- Supply Management: Purchase general supplies, such as kitchen consumables and stationery.
- Event Support: Assist with the organization of internal and external events, such as client meetings and office socials.
- Asset Management: Maintain the company's asset management system and associated processes.
- Health and Safety: Perform basic health and safety checks, for which training will be provided.
- Support and Collaboration: Provide ad-hoc support to the Facilities Management Assistant and the wider Operations team, where required.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and prioritize your own time and communicate this to others.
- Excellent Productivity: Ability to work confidently on your own and with a high degree of autonomy.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and high professional standards.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Focus: Passion for, and dedication to, providing excellent customer service in a facilities role.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Competitive Salary: A starting salary of £25,700 per annum.
